Stuck on the ground spawning in a floating block.

I made a plataform y build my house there, I sleep in the bed to set the new spawn. The platform is just 1 block high, no blocks underneath.

It should spawn normally after dying.

I spawn next to my bed but stuck in the ground unable to move.

1. Bult a plataform 1 block high with no blocks underneath.
2. Put a bed in it and sleep.
3. Die.
