Custom World Setting - Generated Structures

In this bug, the generated structures are spawned at low y level with half of the village being cut off, bringing rise to half block bugs, as a way to reproduce this, is to create a custom world, and locate a village when loaded. the entities fall out of the world, and the remaining are half blocks. Generally, structures should be made spawn at a solid surface rather than air.
