Water flows through halfslabs and such in certain conditions

Less of a bug and more of an inconsistency. When you waterlog a block such as a campfire or slab it will flow normally until you place another block next to it as it should but if you have 2 waterlogged blocks 1 block away from eachother and a block that can be waterlogged in between the 2 waterlogged blocks then the water will flow through the block in the middle even waterlogging the block, please at least make this consistant
