Villagers not curing in 20w21a (hard mode)

I tried curing my two villagers and its not working, the mode is on hard and their both holding netherrack in their hands. their both isolated from each other, but i used one weakness potion to splash the both of them and used two golden apples. Its been about half an hour and they still haven't cured
