Ability to See Item Number Through Item Description

I have just recently found this after looking at the new snapshot. I always love checking out the new versions, but this one seems to have a problem. When I open up my inventory and check out all of the things I have, I see item count popping up through the item description. This may not be a major issue, but I would like to report it just in case. In the picture provided, I'm looking at my axe with a few enchantments. I can also see the number of items I have in the other slots through the axe's description.
