Toggling redstone between a cross and a dot does not play a sound

The newly added ability to change the shape of an isolated piece of redstone's shape does not have a sound tied to it. This is inconsistent with many other block interactions (e.g. comparator mode changing, lever switching, doors) and should probably be patched to maintain consistency.

Some other component interactions are also missing sounds (repeater delay, daylight detector mode) and have been for a while now so these could also be looked at.
