Text overlapping

When navigating through items, the description text overlaps with the number of the amount of items. 

This also seemed to happen when navigating with the cursor on the world-loading menu: a transparent text appeared on the bottom part of the screen, where the "play  selected world" and "create a new world" buttons are.
