When beacons are broken, the sound minecraft:block.beacon.deactivate is played

When you place down a beacon, it plays the regular block placed sound. But when you break the beacon, it plays the deactivation sound rather than a block being broken. Note: This happens as well as when the beacon is NOT powered.
