Iron Golem spawn incorrectly

The problem is that the golem called up by villagers will spawn incorrectly. At first, I noticed how he appeared in the wall of the village house, even taking damage from being stuck in blocks. The following passions began to happen when I decided to make an iron farm.

1) Spawned in space in 1.5 block

2) Golem destroyed the carpet with his spawn

The world was created on this snapshot. All cases of bugs from golems were on blocks of smooth sandstone. I have a backup of the world if needed.
