Minecracft loading screen error

Upon launching the graphics seem to be cascading. When it is loads things are responsive to clicking. This is on my laptop. It only occurred when switching to my dedicated gpu from the integrated one. 

The driver is up to date as far as I can tell. 

The GPU is AMD Radeon RX 560X
