Basalt Deltas

I'm pretty sure that Bastion Remnants are not supposed to spawn in Basalt Deltas. The image only shows me in a soul sand valley but if, (im not going all the way back there again) the screenshot was take in the center of even just a few blocks left it would be a Basalt Delta biome.
