My game is lost

Hi,

I contact you because I bought minecraft in 2013, I stopped playing for a while and when I came back it seems that I lost my game. My account is no longer linked to my game so I would like to know how to get back access to my game. I think the problem occurred during the migration to the mojang site.

I've contacted the support but i only get an automatic answer.
