When applying bone meal to grass / ferns / nether fungi at the upper build limit, there is no warning, and the taller part of the plant is cut off

When 1 block grass – or 1 block ferns, or crimson or warped fungus – are given bonemeal so that they grow above the world build height y=255, it succeeds, but the usual message about the world build height is not shown, and the parts above the world limit are cut off.
