I started playing a minecraft map i downloaded. When i started I went to craft a crafting table when all the sudden i could not move or grab items from the hotbar or inventory and not the creative inventory either.

I started playing a skyblock map that i downloaded. When I started playing i went to craft a crafting table but for some reason it wouldn't let me move or grab anything from chests or anything else. If you see this can you please fix this problem if you can and if you maybe have any ideas that could help me I would really appreciate it. thanks!
