Lighting underwater is still broken in 20w21a

Please Mojang fix this issue! The light underwater is not smooth. MC- 68129 and ~~MC-149211~~ reported the same problem. This Glitch started from Minecraft 1.13! It is still effected in 1.15.2

Mojang please fix this one! My base is looking very bad with this Glitch.
