Rails and honey blocks

Since honey blocks are smaller than a full block rails should break once moved onto one. For some reason if you move a rail onto a honey block with a piston, the rail disappears and does not drop the rail. This is not true for regular rails but all the other variants like detector dont drop anything. I hope the video helps.
