Cats can despawn, even if they are too close to the player

Cats can despawn, even if they are too close to the player. As far as I know, this should not happen, because it was 2 blocks away from me and I was not in spectator mode. Other mobs do not despawn that close to the player

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find a village
2. Find a cat
3. Stand close to it
4. Wait about several minutes
5. It can despawn
