Seed generation by text is broken

When creating a new world and generating it by inputting a name, the generation is random and not consistent.  Creating a new world with the same letter name creates a different world each time.  However, creating a new world via number will generate the same world each time.

Please fix as it is easier to remember: "Yehaw" rather than 85305330 in 1.15.2 and 20w20a.

Now, in 20w20b "Yehaw" gives: 3258810568266918651 or 9198365085925428953 or -2945461659650208636 and so forth and so on.
