Soul speed enchantment can be applied into Helmet, Chestplate, and leggings.

The new enchantment "Soul Speed" can be applied into the helmet, chestplate and boots, which is not good, because it doesn't affect anything. It only makes adding enchantments with enchanted books more expensive.
