Buttons block enchantment enhancements from bookshelves reaching enchantment tables despite not having a collision hitbox or being considered a full block

Despite not blocking the access from the bookshelves to the enchantment table buttons prevent bookshelves from increasing enchantment levels in enchanting tables (See screenshots below in order)
