lilypads duplication bug or glitch

I don't know if anyone else has created an issue about this before.

This only happened to me 2 times, but when I broke a lilypad it dropped two of them. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that bug exists.
The both times it happened it was in a swampland biome.
