Minecraft Java not loading on ANY edition

Every time I try to load up minecraft java editiom, I get stuck at the booting sequence of the game. I get to the launcher, launch the game and it load bar gets about 90% done and just stops. I let it sit for an hour and nothing happened. I try to click out and it says minecraft isn't responding. I did this with multiple versions and even uninstalled ALL and reinstalled. I've tried everything and it doesn't work.
