Getting 2 errors when trying to start server

I just updated my server to the latest snapshot and I got these 2 errors when I tried to start it.

[Error] Unable to bootstrap registry 'minecraft:entity_type'.
[Error] Unable to bootstrap registry 'minecraft:feature'.
