Dispensers not working properly

Made a dispenser setup for a crop greenhouse as shown below.... some dispensers (with shears dont seem to activate and extract the honeycombs below.. Used the debug stick to make the bee nests at 5th honey level.

Also, in the picture with two dispensers shown... Only the furthest dispenser from the lever dispenses its item despite the redstone dust above it is powered by the target block (or noteblock)
