1.16 Piglin bastons are spawning in Basalt Deltas

I was playing on my Minecraft world and I was exploring the nether to find a bastion for loot. I ended up inside of a basalt delta and I ended up finding a bastion very torn up and shrunken. I didn't know what it was but it definitely wasn't a normal bastion. bastions cant spawn inside of basalt deltas according to Minecraft.net
