Attacking while blocking with your shield

If you go through a nether portal with your shield blocking, after you switch dimensions you will be able to use your shields abilities(blocking arrows, etc) while moving on normal speed, and able to hit mobs. Here is a example video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XoOiz0o3HS8
