Cartographer crashes game when trading above apprentice

When trading glass panes to level up an apprentice cartographer to the next level, it causes the world ticks to stop, preventing any action from being performed (e.g. chat, opening chests, etc.) until the game is forcefully closed (saving and quitting is also not possible). This then doesn't save the last few seconds of progress on the world.
