infinite redstone power when putting detector rail with a trail of redstone dust to a piston

i was just messing arround but then i put a ditector rail on a block with a redstone line going into a piston and the piston yould push the detector rail off the block, breaking it and for some reason, i make the redstone powered without a sorce for power
