Zoglin has problem with target locking

Zoglins sometimes can ignore target if it's in certail distance from the mob evenn if it's looking at it. In that case, they only see armor stand at x=_{-6 z=}-1 but if zoglin is at the same Z as the only targetlocking entity (right block of the portal basing on first screenshot) it doesn't targetlock anything
