Minecraft Launcher - I can't play minecraft

What I expected to happen was...:
I was starting minecraft launcher.My minecraft client already remembered my email and password so I pressed login. I was expecting it to show the usual Mojang logo, then to the main menu.

What actually happened was...:
After I logged in, I waited for around 1-3 seconds. The minecraft logo was shown but it's texture was a white space with the words"missing texture" twice. Then, it gave me a crash report (attached).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open minecraft launcher
2. Log on
