When a grass block is placed on a block with a snow layer on top it acts as if there is a snow layer on it (it has white grass area) even though there is no snow layer

the normal grass block should be placed

What actually happened was...:

a grass block with no snow layer, but the snow texture for the grass block was placed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place down a snow layer
2. place a grass block on the snow layer
