Falling quickly/Flying with Elytra and throwing a projectile will cause it to hit the player

Falling quickly and throwing a projectile will cause it to hit the player. Very likely unintentional. This was not present in 1.14.4 or 1.15.2.

How to reproduce:

1. Teleport yourself to a great height.
2. Switch to survival
3. Throw an Enderpearl / Shoot an arrow
4. You hit yourself.
