Basalt pillars end above the lava in Java Edition but inside of the lava in Bedrock Edition

In java edition, the basalt pillars are completely flat at the bottom and they also barely float above the lava. In bedrock edition, they dip into the lava when there's lava, and there are four basalt blocks supporting the pillar, on the bottom part. So I think the java edition ones should be changed to look more like the bedrock edition ones because they look better.
