Droppers, Dispensers, Observers and other various redstone items requiring cobblestone in the crafting recipe cannot be crafted with blackstone

When attempting to make a dropper dispenser observer etc with Blackstone, no result is given.
This should be considered a bug due to the fact that Blackstone is meant to share the same recipes with cobblestone
