horses slower in snapshot

I was playing around in the snapshot and wanted to ride a horse. when the horse was tamed I had noticed it was going significantly slower then normal so I tamed a few more and noticed the same thing so I went to 1.15.2 and found that the horses were moving at the speed I'm used to so summed up I have found that in this snapshot horses move significantly slower then the horses in 1.15.2
