Netherrack texture is inconsistent with nylium in the old textures (programmer art)

The netherrack part of netherrack integrated blocks like nylium and nether gold ore still looks like the new netherrack texture when the programmer art texture pack is active, which is inconsistent to quartz ore and becomes a visual issue when nylium turns into netherrack.
