Anvil Particles glitching in front of water.

I built a pit of water, about 6x6x11, and I put an anvil in front of it. When I broke the anvil, the particles, instead of staying where it broke, it glitched behind the water.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a pit of water.
2. Put an anvil in front of it.
3. Break the anvil.
