Snowy grass moved by Endermen retains snowy=true tag without having snow on it

The grass block in the picture was moved by an Enderman. When it was picked up, it had snow on it, and thus snowy=true. When the block was placed, the snowy tag was still true, despite there not being a snow layer on it. This results in a glitched side texture and missing biome tint on the top texture.
