Wither Skeleton and Blaze spawn rates are through the roof.

I found a nether fortress filled to the brim with excess wither skeletons and blazes. It's insane. I can't set foot in the place. For reference, I started the world in 20w18a, then updated it to 20w19a, but only got to the nether in 20w19a.
