I can't join servers or play online

Hello from germany!

I can't play online on any Minecraft version but my Internet works just perfect.

When I try to join any server from any county this happens: io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException Connection timed out: no further information

I rebooted my computer 4 times and waited for 4 days but I still can't play.
