I've paid for Premium but I get the User not Premium error

I paid for premium back in 2011. I tried to login a last days ago and my account is showing the 'User not premium' error. I have searched the internet but have yet to find a fix that works. I've also contacted Mojang support and have had no reply. This is my last ditch effort. Is there anything you can suggest to do?
