Rain showing through blocks. *not fixed*

I previously posted a bug about rain showing through blocks when underground in my base. I was instructed to optimize my world and that should fix it. This time around, I took screen shots of my optimized world, in 20w19a. It has also affected my world since 20w17a it seems like. What is also strange is it only effects patches of my base. I uploaded several screenshots of this happening.
