Impossible to find ancient debris...

In the new basalt deltas, it is literally impossible to find ancient debris from bedrock to y 20, its just basalt and blackstone everywhere, and where I spawned was a very large biome and had to use locatebiome command to get to the closest warped forest. And not sure if this is a bug but you can't insta mine blackstone even with a netherite pick eff 5 haste 2, its supposed to be like the normal stone but in the nether right?
