Chains have a different blast resistance than lanterns

Chain blocks are resistant to ghast fireballs, while lanterns aren't. This may not be a bug, but it's inconsistent. To reproduce, place down chains and place lanterns under them. When a ghast fireball hits a chain, it doesn't blow up unlike the lantern. Expected is that both have the same blast resistance, as they are very similar blocks.
