Game crash when change sound volume

What I expected to happen was...:
I wanted to change the volume of the game before playing. It was at 0, and I wanted to move it up to 50.

What actually happened was...:
As soon as I tried to move the sound volume button, the game crashed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start game (13w25a) on the new launcher
2. Go to settings
3. Try to move the sound volume button up (it's initially at 0)
