Broken running, or stop go, when hitting blocks with a sword in creative

Title. while moving in creative, and hitting blocks with your sword, theirs a small but noticeable moment where you seem to stop for a split second, then keep moving, like if you were glitched in a block on a server. Its best noticed when approaching something while flying or sprinting, and looking at the furthest possible block you can reach on the floor. Hope any of this helps
