Can't see mob groups in debug screen on multiplayer

The bug

In 20w18a there should be mob groups listed in the debug screen and they are in singleplayer, but they are not in multiplayer. I looked into the server.properties but I found nothing. And yes, I have OP on the server. SP and MP debug screen screenshots for comparison.
