Rain Glitching Through Ceiling/Roof.

Rain is coming through the ceiling of my 3 level building

What I expected to happen was...:
No rain.

What actually happened was...:
Rain comes through the ceiling as if it is not there.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a ceiling.
2. Make it rain.
3. Place down buckets to collect water.
