texture bug (glowstone, water & lava)

Texture bug!! (glowstone, water & lava)

I tried to convert a texture pack into a resource pack, when that didn't work I switched back to the default one and i noticed there were something wrong with the texture on the glowsone, water and lava!!

Please help!!!
