If a strider grows up while riding another strider, it gets a saddle

While playing countless nether survivial we had a lake of striders which we kept an eye on and when one which was riding on the parent grew up it stayed on the parent which is a bug in itself but also gets a saddle mounted on it automatically which is another bug
